I suggest a sysop deletes them, I don’t think it’s necessary to have namespaceDupes move them to a real title.

Oh, and I forgot to mention it, but those broken redirects probably come from https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/operations/mediawiki-config/+/734383 (T293839), they’re not related to this change. (But it would still be nice to fix them.)
