Amount to increase: <4 vcpus|8GB>
Reason: There are 4 instances on the instance shared by the 6 developers on the web team. We temporarily have a 16gb/8VCPU instance for a prototype we'll running this quarter. 2 of the remaining 3 instances are 8gb/4VCPus machines that I need to migrate away from deprecated machines, but since these are being used by people I want to carefully re-create the new instance before deleting the existing one. The other one is small and I plan to move it to tools labs. New quota will make it easier for us to do these kind of upgrades.
