Inform organizer that they have been added as co-organizer of an event
Open, Needs TriagePublic

Description

As a newly added co-organizer for an event that uses Event Registration, I want to be informed (perhaps via email and/or Echo notification) that I have been added as a co-organizer of an event, so that I can be informed that an action I either did/did not want to occur has taken place and I can taken any necessary next steps (such as removing myself as an organizer or modifying settings on the registration), if necessary.

Event Timeline

I think this would be a pretty standard use case for Echo notifications, akin to the "Your user rights were changed" notification.
