Redirects don't usually need Wikidata items created for them, so we shouldn't show the popup after creating a redirect page. The sidebar links should remain though, so it's still possible to launch AutosuggestSitelink.

If a sitelink is created, then the "intentional sitelink to redirect" (Q70894304) badge should be added as well.
