That's a local project issue. They've protected the page so that only users with the "autoconfirmed" flag can edit it, probably to avoid drive-by vandalism. Bring the issue up at their Scriptorium (village pump) for assistance. There's nothing people outside the deWS community can do about this.
Sorry, it's my fault, I suggested that Drofnats bring this here because it sounded like a bug with how WS Export handles chapters that are themselves top-level pages (such as Die drei Bergleute im Kuttenberg which is the first chapter of Deutsche Sagen (Brüder Grimm, Band 1)). But you're right, there's no .ws-summary and if the issue is that the page is protected (it is) then there's nothing we can do here. Sorry @Droftnats for misleading you!
