Hi, will this Phabricator project be the canonical place where work tasks are planned, managed, tracked by the folks working on this?

No - like essentially all projects in Communications department, it will primarily utilize Asana (which is based on decisions from dept leadership - not myself). However, there are some tasks which are in cooperation with either WMDE Engineering or Foundation Engineering such that it would be helpful (similar to Foundation GovWiki and Foundation website) to have a tag within Phabricator to help track tasks setup within Phabricator vs. Asana.

Thanks. WMF-Communications does not have any subprojects yet.
Can you please confirm that you really want a subproject, with all its pros and cons? Asking as this cannot be reverted...

@Aklapper - I am very open to your input/wisdom on this. But I see your point, and it is probably better to just make it a project on par with what we have done for org website and other Comms projects.
