It seems a common bug when someone turn off Structured Discussions in beta features in preference settings and I came across it.

Thank you for reporting! Unfortunately, this is a fairly long-standing bug, and it is currently unclear why enabling/disabling the beta feature sometimes causes issues. Unfortunately, the Growth team is currently not in a position to be able to fully investigate and fix the problem. We do, however, have a way to unbreak the issue on a specific page if needed. I tried querying our logs for the error ID you mentioned in the task description, but I was unable to find that exception in our logs. If you can point to a specific page that is currently broken/unaccessible, I can run the unbreaking script for the page.
For now, I'm closing this task as a duplicate of T352550: Deactivating Flow using the Beta feature makes the talk page inaccessible - Flow\Exception\InvalidDataException, where we track bugs of this type.

Anyway it seems to work again. But I wonder how to turn it back to the normal talk page instead of Structured Discussion.
