Feature summary:

Upload Campaigns should be able to define what questions of the "Release rights" step in the UploadWizard are shown. It should be possible to reduce this step to a simple confirmation that the file is released under the given license.

The selections of this section should also allow prefilling through URL parameters.

Use case(s):

Photo contests they are using the UploadWizard only allow own works and never had problems with not own works uploaded in the past. The question if it is the own work is therefore not necessary. Same for the question of the scope.

The prefilling is useful for cases where a dedicated campaign for every situation for every set of parameters in this section would be very inconvenient.

Benefits:

Make it easier for new users to upload photos without being asked so many questions and help Campaign organizers.
