Following T115183's resolution, we now get "Page was changed" notifications when different Translate actions have been undertaken, but there's no in-notification distinction between "added to group" vs. "marked for translation" vs. others).

I believe it's not yet possible for non-core code to influence this, which might be fixed by T44457 (?), but Translate is the primary source of unclear log watchlist notification e-mails I get, so a fix would be lovely once it becomes possible.
