Description

Background

In T357714: Components Guidelines: Include the rest of the Figma specs info in Codex we've updated the components guidelines including documentation for:

Min-max requirements
Best practices
Keyboard navigation

So we will need to update the section explaining about documenting the components guidelines when designing new and existing components.

Acceptance criteria (or Done)

Update the documentation for the "Guidelines" section in:
- Designing new components > Define the guidelines
- Redesigning existing components > Update the guidelines
