Enable Revert Risk RecentChanges filter on id.wiki

Description

In T348298 we have enabled the Revert Risk model in the ORES extension and RecentChanges, to provide an RR-based filter level. This is currently live on test.wiki.

We would like to enable it also on Indonesian Wikipedia as a pilot test, which @BAPerdana-WMF can support, as our product ambassador for id.wiki. This will let us confirm in a production wiki, with real users, that everything is working as intended. We can then move to a broader rollout on other Wikipedia wikis.

We're not sure what the steps are to launch this on id.wiki. The ORES extension isn't enabled at id.wiki yet - do we need DBA input before enabling it? If we want to roll out this change to all Wikipedia wikis, how would we go about this?
