Do not describe only a solution): Promotional tone is not available im the PageTriage tool, but would more accurately categorize certain problematic articles.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?): Promotional tone is a more appropriate template than currently available ones, like Peacock or POV, for a type of article commonly encountered in NPP.
