Enabling the CPU performance governor on our 110* hadoop hosts will increase power usage. Before we do this, we want to make sure that there's enough benefit to increase the extra power usage.

Creating this ticket to:

• Devise a test to measure Hadoop performance on R450 or later chassis (these are the ones that seem to benefit from the performance governor per T336443 ).
• Execute the test and based on its results, decide whether or not to move forward.
