Description

User story:
As an administrator, I would like to configure on wiki whether AutoModerator uses the Bot flag when making its edits, so that I can control how visible its edits are on my project.

The bot flag for page updater is EDIT_FORCE_BOT.

As with the minor edit configuration (T366021) we could imagine that communities might want to use the Bot flag for Automoderator, to configure another axis on which Automoderator's visibility can be controlled. None of the currently active anti-vandalism bots use the Bot flag, and we made this Automoderator's default behaviour too.

It may not be worth pursuing this config unless a community lets us know they want to use the Bot flag.
