As a user of the Event List, I want to be able to clearly know which events are open to registration, closed for registration (but not yet completed), and completed so that I can know which events that I can join and which ones I cannot (and why I cannot join them).

Priority notes: This is not very high priority, since most events that are currently ongoing have open registration, but this could be useful to roll out later. Medium to low priority.

Definitions:

• Open = registration is still open
• Closed = event is ongoing, but registration is closed (because the organizer has manually selected to close registration)
• Finished = the event period has concluded, so users can no longer register

Acceptance Criteria:

• Create a way for users to choose whether they see open, closed, or finished events
• Potentially add some visual indicator for open, closed, and finished events for each event displayed in the event list
