The returns for ACH and SEPA re not chargebacks and shouldn't be tagged as such. They are a delayed bank response. Can we count ACH and SEPA returns as rejects vs CB's? Counting them as chargebacs at all is misleading, there is no consumer dispute process in the ACH/SEPA networks as there is in Credit card networks. For ACH and SEPA they are not disputes but bank returns. Can we therefore label them accordingly?
