The word "Purge" without any context whatsoever looks puzzling and sounds scary, both
I suggest to rename it to something like "Clear page's server cache" or at least "Purge a page" (like other pages: "Edit a page", "Delete a page").
"Purge" is used often enough in non-wiki contexts to mean to completely eliminate/delete something (often with a connotation of evil or uncleanliness in the thing being purged) that it would probably be best to avoid using it at all here. I'd support something like the first "Clear page's server cache" suggestion, or some variant using "refresh", or the like.
