What happens?:

Url changes to: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Translate?group=%21additions&language=fi&filter=%21translated&showMessage=undefined&optional=undefined&action=translate

What should have happened instead?:

URL should not contain undefined items.

This is yet another behavior change caused by rMW2af1c3c901a6: build: Update eslint-config-wikimedia to 0.28.1 and autofix. More specifically https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/source/mediawiki/change/master/resources/src/mediawiki.Uri/Uri.js;2af1c3c901a6117fe062e1fd88c0146cffa1481d
