[REGRESSION] SH Geshi's code boxes should look like pre's by default

(I'm pretty sure, but could be imagining it)

Previously when using <source> or <syntaxhighlight> the boxes would appear like standard pre boxes with the text coloured as per expected.

Now they don't, since the 1.19 upgrade.

Dupe, was already recently fixed in trunk.

A merge to 1.19wmf1 was attempted, but for some reason it didn't work well so it was reverted.
