As a member of the Campaigns team, I want to know how we can potentially display WikiProjects globally in the Community List MVP and the potential risks/concerns/dependencies from a technical perspective, so that we can determine if and how we want to officially make the list global.
Background: For the Community List MVP, we would like to expand the Event List so that we can also feature WikiProjects. Ideally, we would like to display this data globally because a) The Event List is already global, so this would be conforming to an existing standard, b) WikiProjects can be on many wikis, so they are also global in nature, and c) Our users are often multilingual and can be involved in multiple wikis. However, we do not know the technical feasibility of such a proposal, so this investigation is meant to explore this.

- Users can see WikiProject data, even if it is for a WikiProject that is not the wiki they are currently on
- Users can see data on which wikis the WikiProject is on
- Share potential risks, concerns, or dependencies related to get any of this data
