Mark pages recreated at the already deleted title
Closed, DuplicatePublicFeature

Description

Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):

While patrolling Special:NewPages in a Wikipedia, it could be nice if the interface could indicate somehow a page is created in place of an already deleted title

Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):

Most of the times a recreated page is an indication of a non-notable page is created which should be taken care more carefully.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

This can help patrollers for more effective looking at Special:NewPages

This perhaps can be implemented as some sort of AbuseFilter feature which each individual wiki can enable using some defined rule. I already have some JavaScript hack to mark already deleted page with some tag in AbuseFilter but I wish a proper support to happen.

Also purposed as a community wishlist https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Community_Wishlist/Wishes/Mark_page_created_on_the_already_deleted_title
