Currently, with Items that have a mul label we display the "placeholder" labels for other languages in grey. But there is no indication of where these labels come from or what they are.
A solution to this could be to use the same language fallback pattern to indicate where these labels are coming from.

Note this should not give users impression that a English label is missing so users would duplicate the mul label to the English one.
