Breakdown of Source edits vs Section edits

Description

Background

We would like to be able to prompt users to add alt text to images in an article after they have finished an edit on that article. Many users within the app edit sections, and others edit using the "Edit source" option. If we pull the wikitext for the edit the user has just completed, and that edit is a section edit, we will not have the full wikitext for the page. If that section did not have an image, they will not be eligible for the experiment. This could limit our number of potential users in the experiment, if most editors are editing using the section editing.

To know if this task is necessary, T372439, it'd be useful to know what share of edits are section edits.

Looking at past 5 months of edit data (2024-03-01 to 2024-07-30) - where edits were commented with either #article-section-source-editor or #article-full-source-editor the average breakdown of edit type distribution is as follows:
