At the time of writing, some (limited) testing of ManiphestTaskManager exists (see: v1/phabricator_test.go), but more is needed (e.g. functional tests of the Corto struct, integrations tests of IRCInterface, etc).

Consider this a tracking task (and liberally create subtasks for missing tests).
