As seen on https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/core/+/1082203 and reproduced locally, ImportTemporaryUserIntegrationTest::testShouldSuccessfullyUpdateCategoryMembershipInRecentChanges occasionally fails with:
