This is put on hold until after the CRM-migration when all of the data in the old system will be purged (data to be purged in 2024 is not migrated to the new system).
The new system also merges the two previous concepts of tracking actual volunteer activities and the volunteer pool, as such the data retention policy and the purging instructions will have to be updated.
