The annual Privacy Data purge for 2024 will take place in November. The 2024 purge will also cover any data which got missed in 2023.
There are a few outstanding tasks which should be resolved as part of this purge.
- T207135: Review "rensningsrutin" related to employee and job applicant data Needs to be resolved since it is now (or in 2021 rather) 10 years since the first employee related records were created.
- T323500: Look over routine for handling Id-dokuments linked to the technology pool Should be resolved (but is not a blocker for the related purge).
- With the CRM migration ongoing some data purges may be delayed until afterwards as the migration will also affect some of the purging routines.
