While browsing to one of the Tools and https://xtools.wmcloud.org/ , I got 'Oops! An Error Occurred', 'The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".', and 'Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.'

It's working for me now on two different networks with IPv4. Sadly, I didn't check what type of IP Address I was using when I wrote this task.

Whatever it was seems to have been temporary. All vitals look fine to me now, and nothing in the error logs explaining what happened :/

I guess I close as invalid.
