Next steps:
A lot of work mainly by Subbu and me has made template round-tripping pretty solid since then. Our round-tripping is source-based and does not identify parameter values in expanded template output, and does not support editing of parameters for now.
Closing this main bug as fixed, any further template-rt related bugs can be tracked in new bugs.
