All inputs on Special:ask for SMW master show up as regular text fields rather then the niceness from last release.

This is caused by changes made to parameter definitions in ParamProcessor (Validator) which now no longer contain a list of allowed values. This list is now in the ValueValidator used by the definition. It likely makes more sense to have an actual list in the definition again, since there can be more then one ValueValidator, and the handling of the whitelist and blacklists in the ValueValidators is awkward.
