There has been an increase in activity.

THO forwarded me an email regarding a reconsideration of this request, I personally see no issue with this and will deal with this.

@Muzammil: Who would the list administrators be now since the original request was made well over a year ago?

I think you can add me also an administrator for the list. I will discuss with Biplab to see if he too is interested as he is very active on the incubator project.
