Description

We have a bunch of virtual hosts explicitly declaring the SSL certificate to use. Per Faidon review, we should instead use:

SSLCACertificatePath /etc/ssl/certs

Then apache will find out which one to use.

Need to get zuul.wikimedia.org in first.
