Description

All Selenium tests that check for ResourceLoader errors fail at test2.wikipedia.org.

Failed Jenkins jobs:

Error message: Missing modules: ext.gettingstarted.echo.

The error is most likely genuine. This isn't a ResourceLoader bug. Moving to Echo extension.

@Željko: When I access https://test2.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:CreateAccount I don't get that error. Can you provide steps to reproduce this exception?
