In batch uploads, frequent "Internal error: Could not determine if the copy succeeded"

Description

Lately, I've frequently gotten errors on the final step of the upload wizard (the one where pages should say "Published" after submitting titles and descriptions). Usually this is "Internal error: Could not determine if the copy succeeded". The publication step actually succeeds, however.

In my latest batch, the following files were listed with that error:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Nora_the_shaggy_dog_01.jpg
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Nora_the_shaggy_dog_04.jpg

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Nora_the_shaggy_dog_08.jpg

Also, "An unknown error occurred" for:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Nora_the_shaggy_dog_09.jpg

In the same batch, these files reported no errors:
