Blocking periods in sr wiki are translated for the [[Special:Ipblock]], but not
for the log page. This is an issue in most (all?) wikis, AFAIK. The blocking
periods in the log page should be translated the same as in the Ipblock special
page.

It's not that simple because the block time format is a bit more complex than
the alternatives, but i've been doing word by word replacer for it. It's
unfinished tought.
