Description

If you're on one of the mobile sites (like https://en.m.wikipedia.org/) and you try to use {{fullurl:}}, it gives you the non-mobile URL. This causes people to inadvertantly be redirected to the desktop site from the mobile site in certain situations (like clicking the "Start the XXXX article" link from a redlink).
