To make approvals easier, link to a list of other consumers by this user (and maybe users with similar names?) on the approval page (Special:MWOAuthManageConsumers/proposed)

After talking more about it, it seems like we should have a MWOAuthConsumerLists special page, that can list consumers in different ways (by owner, by app name, etc). Would replace Special:MWOAuthConsumerRegistration/list.
