Description

please add the following domain(s) to the wgCopyUploadsDomains whitelist:
lcweb2.loc.gov

I have previously uploaded collections such as https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:British_Cartoon_Prints_Collection though have skipped uploading 100MB+ files. It would be great to go back and complete these using the GWT instead.

As an example, see http://www.loc.gov/pictures/collection/finepr/item/00649606 which contains a typical 13MB tiff that could be uploaded.
