MultimediaViewer should integrate with ImageAnnotator gadget

Description

“ImageAnnotator is a JavaScript extension of the MediaWiki user interface, allowing users to place comments onto images shown on file description pages”

Started on Commons, ImageAnnotator has since been deployed on several WikimedWikipedia as well.

Such notes may have high encyclopedic value and should be visible in MultimediaViewer as well.

(Of course, this may rather fall in the realm of ImageAnnotator development rather than MMV development, but looking for directions here :)
