I don't understand this bug... what's the thing that's wrong?

Clicking "Reply" should put the cursor in the text-area automatically, rather than requiring a second click.

See also bug 67510 (put the cursor back in the text-area, after clicking "Keep editing")
and bug 60196 (moderation dialog popup does not contain cursor automatically)

(This used to work, per bug 57431)

Note it does work for edit. Not sure what is happening with reply.

A Hebrew Wikipedia user complained about this as well.
