Description

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with Mobile VE
2.Place the cursor anywhere in CE
3.Change the screen orientation to landscape
4.Again rotate the screen

Observed Result:
CE gets zoomed in each time I rotate the screen

Seems to work for me now. Tested on Beta Cluster using iOS Safari 8.0 on an iPad.
