Allow setting all template parameters at once without having to pick which ones to enter
Open, LowestPublicFeature

Description

A Wikipedia editor raised the following problem: When experienced Wikipedians want to add a template in the source editor, they can copy the template code without parameter values, which usually appears on template documentation pages, and then fill all the parameters one by one, and eventually delete the unneeded empty lines.

In VE, parameters must be added one-by-one, and this feels less efficient. As the default behavior this may be OK, but there can be a button that shows all the available parameters.
