However if a new topic is posted there by someone else, someone else mentions me in a post, or someone else replies to my post I am not getting any message notifications

This has high priority because mention notification is being used by many people, and if one can not rely on it, it becomes utterly useless (or worse than that for those people who do rely on it). I just experienced this problem for the third time at [[:en:User_talk:Chris_the_speller#The_page_.22Resident_Magistrate.22_has_been_moved_to_.22Resident_magistrate.22]].
Hopefully, thought this was just a time lag; it was probably less than an hour until I noticed the edit in the Watchlist and went to the article anyway. To rule that out that, I could search for mentions of my user name in the last week in all talk pages.If that would help, and if it is possible (see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help_talk:CirrusSearch#Edit_date.2Ftime_53704), please let me know at [[:en:User Talk:SebastianHelm]].
This should be fixed as part of the work within T78424: P4. Spike - Figure out causes of mention notification not being sent (missing pings), which will roll out to Wikipedias on Feb 18 (per the usual https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Deployments schedule).
