WikiLove error when sending

Description

At the moment, attempting to send WikiLove via the "heart" button on a userpage returns an error. The popup appears and is functional, but hitting the "Send WikiLove" button returns the error "Something went wrong when sending the message. Please try again."

This may be related to Bug 70503 and Bug 70138. Thanks!
