Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE which has some text in it
2.Place somewhere outside the CE to disable it
3.Now click at the end of a text to place your cursor on that position of article to make an edit

Observed Result:
The cursor jumps to the beginning of the first line of the article.
