File not generating thumbnails

Description

When trying to fetch a thumbnail, it was failing with "error code 137" and no actual error message. filebackend log on fluorine was uninteresting.

Probably a progressive jpg that is too big. Resaving as baseline jpg will probably fix.

For reference, 137 = Out of memory.

losslessly converted (At least I think its lossless) using jpegtran -optimize -copy all -outfile out.jpg Teatro_Municipal_de_São_Paulo_8.jpg
