The third link in external links section of https://it.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Inni_omerici&oldid=67079009#Collegamenti_esterni, "[1]", is skipped in the PDF. The bullet point however isn't, so it's left there, empty.

As already announced in Tech News, OfflineContentGenerator (OCG) will not be used anymore after October 1st, 2017 on Wikimedia sites. OCG will be replaced by Electron. You can read more on mediawiki.org.

This problem does not happen anymore now that we use Proton and Electron-PDFs on Wikimedia servers: Trying on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User:AKlapper_(WMF)/Sandbox#T74382 and selecting "Download as PDF", the unlabelled external link is rendered as [1] https://address.
Declining this task as OCG has been dead for years and superseded by Proton and Electron-PDFs on Wikimedia servers.
If there is still an issue with currently available PDF export on Wikimedia servers, then please file a new ticket with updated information and steps to reproduce. Thanks!
