For some days now, we have been having the Navigation menu (on the left side) display
in English.
I checked the System Messages and the strings are (still) correctly localized to
Georgian.
The Toolbox menu is correctly presented in Georgian though. Just Navigation menu is
incorrect.

This problem seems to affect just http://ka.wikipedia.org.
