Do you mean Monobook?
Vector uses:
variables.less:@content-font-color: #252525;
By "override", I really meant: Flow change the text color to a different color than the skin.
We should take care of this, it seems having a standardized text color is a sane thing to do.
Flow is in maintenance mode anyway so that is unlikely to be ever fixed. I don't have interest in it anymore.
