It is useful to have information about CX users:

• When did they start editing?
• How many edits do they have?
• Are they also technical (templates, MediaWiki space), or just content editors?
• Do they regularly edit in other languages?

For a small number of users it's possible to check this using community edit counters such as

(which happens to be broken at the time of writing this...)
But for dozens of users this doesn't scale, so there must be a page that shows a summary of this information.
